Mr. Triplett has more than 25 years of experience in home infusion therapy and sterile compounding. In home infusion, he has been an equity owner and a senior leader for multi-state and hospital-owned operations. At CuraScript IP (a division of Express Scripts Inc.), he was operational director of the Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension Disease Management Program. He has consulted on infusion related issues to more than 100 organizations.

In 2012, when the impact of the Fungal Meningitis Outbreak became clear, Mr. Triplett turned much of his focus to improving the quality assurance approach of pharmacy providers. He became immersed in regulatory compliance issues including: cleanroom design, SOP development, and software. He publishes a free newsletter which informs his readers of all edits to key FDA webpages, including “Compounding: Inspections, Recalls, and other Actions,” “Registered Outsourcing Facilities,” and “ORA FOIA Electronic Reading Room.” (Subscribe by sending a request to Triplett at willis.triplett@d2pharma.com.)

Mr. Triplett attended The Ohio State University for his Bachelors in Pharmacy degree and the Philadelphia College of Pharmacy and Sciences (now University of the Sciences) for his Doctor of Pharmacy degree. He sits on the Compounding Advisory Committee of the Indiana Board of Pharmacy and the Standards and Accreditation Committee of the National Home Infusion Association. He is a Registered Pharmacist in Indiana, and resides in Zionsville, Indiana.
