Lisa Erhardt offers 27 years of experience as a Paralegal.  Prior to working in the pharmaceutical industry, Ms. Erhardt worked for large, national and international law firms in the areas of insurance defense, litigation, real estate transactions, contracts and banking.  Ms. Erhardt also has extensive experience in the areas of worker’s compensation, personal injury and medical malpractice.

For the past 9 years, Ms. Erhardt has focused exclusively in the areas of state licensing within the pharmaceutical industry servicing clients in all aspects of state licensure requirements.  Ms. Erhardt’s clients consist of drug and/or device manufacturers, distributors and wholesalers as well as specialty pharmacies.  In addition to assisting clients in obtaining all necessary licensure, Ms. Erhardt provides ongoing research and guidance relative to existing or emerging state regulations having a direct impact on pharmaceutical and biotech companies.

Ms. Erhardt also assists clients in the determination of issues related to state licensure as part of due diligence research involved with mergers and acquisitions.

Ms. Erhardt received a BS in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix, has been certified in Paralegal Studies and has completed the Seton Hall Law Life Sciences Compliance Program – West Coast Immersion.
